We're back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And we had a Magical Time!

For those who didn't know we took our first family trip to Walt Disney World and we had a blast, we had so much fun I am not even sure where I should begin..............

Ok maybe I should begin saying that we didn't tell the boys where we were going until we were there at the Disney gates (sorry no picture, we were in the car and lost so we didn't stop) I should mention that the only thing they knew before we go there was that we were going to grandma and grandpa's and that we would see Uncle Brian and Kate there (to our surprise Aunt Steph and cousin Will were there too)

They were soooooooooooo surprised they were speechless (I think they weren't sure how to react )

DAY 1


So we finally found our hotel "Fort Wilderness" , it within the Disney grounds and they are the cutest little cabins with bunk beds and a little kitchenette.

After we got a bit settled in we decided to go for a walk and find out what we could do. You can't drive (so you are supposed to drive a golf cart, we didn't know and they were all rented out). After getting upset we decided to make the best of it and walked to the marina, we rented a pontoon boat , the boys loved it (I mean all 3 boys) and me too!

After that we went to one of the water parks "Typhoon Lagoon", I only took a few pictures because my camera was mainly in the locker (better safe than sorry). The boys had a blast here Robert definitely mastered his swimming skills and Patrick is quite a little fishy too!

DAY 2

On day 2 we planned on meeting with "The Other Sutton's" (Uncle Brian, Aunt Stephanie and cousin Kate)we didn't quite mesh out times but we did get to hang out with them for a while during the day and then later at dinner (more on that later).

During the day we took the ferry to Disney World (yeah cool!)



After arriving we went to the Haunted Mansion, Tom Sawyer's Island, got to see a momma duck and her ducklings.



We met up with The other Sutton's (ate some Popsicles to cool down).




Brian, Steph and Kate had to take a few minutes (nap time for Brian , haha) so we headed to more rides First, It's a small world , Tiki Room, Jungle Cruise and of course Pirates of the Caribbean(I am going to add a slide show here because if not it will be a LONG, LONG post)



We managed to see the end of a show and then met up with the Sutton's and we ate at the "Crystal Palace" we got to see Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet and Tigger too. The park closed early this day so after dinner we left the park.

Day 3
After a much needed nights sleep we planned our day this way first we headed to another of the water parks "Blizzard beach" it was a wonderfully warm day (perfect for a day in the water), this park had several slides and the boys absolutely loved it(again no many pictures as again the camera was in the locker), but I leave you a few that I did manage to take.........................




Above are the only 2 pictures I managed to take before heading to the pools and water slides................I can't even describe how much fun the boys had and they are indeed boys and fearless , thank goodness they wanted to try every slide in the park (the ones that didn't have a height limit, of course)
This was a little put-put but I though it was the cutest little castle for my little princes.....................



After heading back to the cabin for a little quiet time, we got dressed up and headed back to Disneyworld to hit the rest of tommorowland (there we saw Buzz Lightyear and Monsters' inc and drove in the races too!)and eat dinner.

Almost forgot we went on the teacups right after eating (only me and the boys.......Rob wasn't brave enough for the spinning)



We finished up just in time to see the parade and the fireworks, it was a splendid night and the boys loved every minute of it.

Day 4

This is our last day and we are going to Disney Hollywood (formally known as MGM), but before I tell you what we did here are a few shots of our last day at the cabin
we had a great time and we will definatley be back...............




Ok so first we took silly pictures at the entrance, then we headed to Indiana Jones, got soaked by a passing rain storn (of course after weforked over $25 for ponchos and it stopped raining), then headed Star Wars ride, went to the back lot tour, and of course the stunt show..............



In between all this activity we managed to get pictures with Buzz lightyear and Woody from "Toy Story" and with none other than MICKEY...........




It was a fun but long day, after that we drove back to St Augustine to catch a few more hours with family before heading back home.



We had a wonderful time, thank you Bob abd Jody for putting up with our short stay and thank you Brian, Steph,Kate and Will for wanting to hang with us (even for a little while).

I apologize for taking so long to finally finish this post (and I apologize for the size, but I wanted to make sure we shared all the fun we had), my excuse for taking so long is the fact that I (we) are trying to get the house fixed up so we can move...................I will be sure to update you on that as soon as we have a more firm decision.

PS I should probably mention that we celebrated our anniversary right after we got back but I got my gift at..............DISNEY

Happy (very,very) Late Easter!

Hope you had a HIPPITY HOPPITY HAPPY EASTER!
Sorry I am a week late but I just wanted to say we had a great Easter, the morning started out a little cold but it warmed up beautifully .

The Easter bunny's helpers left us tons of little goodies to find in the morning (thank you !)




Then we went outside (a little cold for my taste) to see if the Easter Bunny had left any surprised outside as well. The boys had a blast looking everywhere, but were in a bit of a hurry to get all the eggs and look what was inside (like I said it was cold and we wanted to get back to the cozy indoors), we baked some Easter cookies while we waited for the day to warm up.








We eventually went out side once the thermometer told us it was nice and warm outside and we spent the majority of the day there (we did some yard work, we played with Ginger and we mostly just hung out not wanting to go back inside)







It was pretty late when we decided to go inside, but we did and we did our last Easter project we dyed some Easter eggs , had a blast doing that too, well that's all................ I leave you with a few pictures




Sorry for all the slide shows but I took as usual too many pictures and it would have been a majorly long post if I added them individually (bad enough I am over a WEEK late......................)
